Our responsibilities are far more involved than just the service
to our Clients; they cover all areas relating to the property.
We demand our level of professionalism and dedication from
all associated with our service, be it a Maintenance Company
who services a boiler, or an Estate Agent who secures a sale
or a letting. We ensure that the level of service is second
to none.
We ensure that our Clients properties are offered for sale
and rental to all Estate Agents in the immediate and surrounding
areas. This will maximise the ability to secure a sale or
tenancy. In the cases of Rental property we are assured that
the dreaded "un-let" period that eats away at rental
profits can be minimised.
As Hollandale Kane has only the interests of our Clients
at heart, we provide a dedicated service catered to both our
Clients and that of the valued Tenants, who in turn provide
the source of valuable income to our Clients.
We consider Tenants a valuable commodity, as without
their rental income the properties would not reach their maximum
potential. Hence we ensure that Tenants are treated with the
respect that they deserve. We feel obligated to provide our
own required level of service, to ensure that Tenants are
content at all times with the quality of service that we all
expect.
We recognise that investment in property and management can,
in many cases, be of no value unless a suitable professional,
for a suitable figure, and a suitable term can be found.
